About

Hi! I'm Katrina.

Registered Dietitian, Diabetes Specialist

I’m so glad you stopped by! My mission is to help people build health and wellness through optimized nutrition.

You don’t fit into a box, and neither do your nutrition needs.

As a progressive dietitian, I believe in taking a “whole person” approach to health and wellness. Your lifestyle, symptoms, genetics, medical history, desires, and personal goals, all influence your needs. For me, there is no “one size fits all” approach to nutrition care.

In my practice, I love to use functional nutrition testing and technology to give me personalized information and insight. This allows me to take people out of the standard nutrition box and make personalized protocols that get results!

I am a compassionate, thoughtful, and curious practitioner who never stops learning. In my free time, you might find me cooking, reading, or hunting for waterfalls.
